Collaborative environments
Humans and agents training together
WHY
At Nexus Games, we’ve explored what it takes for humans and agents to work together in real time.
I’ve also noticed an unexpected change in my own life as I spend more time working with AI.
I’m walking more.
I’m talking to my agent as I go. Guiding it. Listening. Thinking things through together. It has gotten me off my computer, even though I'm technically using more computer power.
If the future of work is built on the idea of collaborative intelligence, how do we build environments that foster this new relationship? A place where humans and agents practice, make mistakes, and learn from one another. Collaborative training grounds, not isolated training environments.
Is this the new classroom? A blended model of humans and AI's?
It sounds like science fiction, but to me it feels like a practical way to build better models and help people grow. Not training in isolation, but learning together.
